Breathwork for a Transformative Experience
Breathwork is a therapeutic practice used to heal and balance physical, mental, and spiritual well-being. This holistic approach focuses on utilizing breath in specific ways to induce deep states of relaxation and improved circulation, stimulate endorphins, increase oxygen levels, access higher states of consciousness, open creative potentials, release mental and energetic blocks, and much more. Breathwork is a powerful practice of connecting deeply with the body and mind.
When doing Breathwork we will use different breathing patterns to clear blockages and/or tension that have been stored in the body and mind. In the session, I may guide your breath through different forms or variations like slowing down your exhales or breathing through alternate nostrils while simultaneously offering various physical cues to deepen your connection with yourself and re-align with a natural flow. During the session, we will work together to cultivate insight into unresolved emotional trauma, facilitate meaningful shifts and activate powerful changes within your life.
